Video of Bola Tinubu's supporters celebrating in the streets of Lagos after INEC declared him the winner of the Saturday, February 25 presidential election has surfaced online. 

 In the video, the supporters were seen dancing and chanting ''Jagaban'' as they celebrate his victory
