2023 : You Denied Being Igbo So Stay Away From Us – MASSOB To Okowa

 

MASSOB the Movement for Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra has told PDP’s Vice Presidential candidate, Ifeanyi Okowa to stay away from Igbo land.  NAIJA NEWS NG reports that the group accused Okowa of denying he is an Igbo so can’t enjoy a slot for Igbos. MASSOB said the Vice Presidential slot was meant for an Igbo person and can not be given to someone who said he is not Igbo. This was condemned in a statement by MASSOB leader, Uchenna Madu. The statement reads, “Because of Okowa”s nomination as Atiku”s running mate, he now feels that he is representing the position of Ndigbo.

“MASSOB wishes to remind Governor Okowa that Ndigbo is wiser now. Okowa is not representing Ndigbo. The political stake of Ndigbo is no longer in PDP. 

“MASSOB warns Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State to stay clear of Igbo land because he is not welcomed. Governor Okowa can not accept what he openly denied. Ndigbo is not fools”.
