Joshua Dariye Set To Pick Labour Party’s Senatorial Form

 Joshua Dariye the former Plateau State Governor returns to politics and is set to join Labour Party to run for a Senatorial seat. NAIJA NEWS NG reports that Joshua Dariye and three others were pardoned by President Muhammadu Buhari-led Council of State and released a few days ago. Recall that Joshua Dariye spent 4 years out of the 10 years sentence for N1.126 billion fraud. Also pardoned and released is former Taraba governor, Jolly Nyame. According to Daily Trust, the Plateau State chapter of LP has concluded arrangements to welcome Dariye from Abuja to pick the party’s senatorial form.

The source, a Labour Party official, said: “Yes, it is true that he (Dariye) will be running for a Senate seat. We are making arrangements for him to come from Abuja for the senatorial declaration.”
