Nnamdi Kanu, not a terrorist - Mbaka

President Mohammadu Buhari’s right-hand man, Rev Fr. Ejike Mbaka has warned against referring the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, and people of the Southeast as a ‘terrorist’.

Several media columns still hold the IPOB leader is better tagged ‘terrorist’ following prescription brought upon by Nigeria’s government.

MR Kanu had pleaded ‘not guilty’ to all fifteen (15) count-charge levied against him by Buhari’s led administration. Part of the claims Kanu belongs to a terrorist organization.

According to IPOB leadership and legal team, the case on prescription still receives court attention and gives no one the right to tag the group or members as ‘terrorist’.

Rev Mbaka, who has been the right-hand man of President Buhari regretted why Nigerians are experiencing terrorism and banditry and wished to end them if in a financial capacity.

Tracing back on why Easterners are experiencing sit-at-home, the G.O of Adoration Ministries pointed at Nnamdi Kanu’s continued detention.

He warned Igbo people and IPOB members are not terrorists rather peace-loving people known for being accommodating, hospitable, charitable, passionate, sympathetic, and imparting “and above all, Godly people who love and preserve life”.

“Terrorism is not in our blood, vein, and Gene or genetic code. It will be a dangerous mix-normal and nomenclature to call the Igbo people a terrorist. Anyone who addresses Igbo or IPOB members as terrorist is devilish, Mbaka warned in a sighted clip.
