PDP Will Defeat APC In Lagos, I Have 20 Million Fans On Social Media – Funke Akindele

 

The running mate of the PDP governorship candidate for the forthcoming Lagos State governorship election, Funke Akindele is highly optimistic that the party will defeat the APC and the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu come 2023.

The Lagos State Peoples Democratic Party deputy governorship aspirant made this known when she appeared as a guest on Channels TV.

She said just like Babajide Sanwo-Olu has the numbers, she also has the numbers. According to her, she has about 20 million fans on social media who will come out in their numbers to vote for her.

She said this even though the 20 million fans she claims to have on social media are not all residents of Lagos state. 

Funke Akindele said she has a lot of fans in the grassroots. According to her, there are a lot of people at the grassroots.

“He has the numbers, I have fans and followers. I have 19 to 20 million fans on social media”

“There are so many people in the grassroots. Outside of Ikorodu, I have a lot of fans at the grassroots level. They are everywhere”
