Anambra Govt Reviews Performance, Plans For Second Half Of Soludo's First Term




THE 2024 edition of the yearly retreat of Anambra State government ended last week. 

It was a successful two-day event held at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Awka. 


The Executive Council Retreat which also served as the government of Gov. Chukwuma Soludo's administration's first half of his first four-mandate and readjustment of focus for the next two years. It was therefore entitled  'Mid-term Performance Review: Changing Gears.'


Overseen by Gov. Soludo the retreat had in attendance, members of the State Executive Council, heads of the state's liaison offices, local government transition chairmen, heads of government agencies and chairmen of boards. 


There were reflections on the 'Solution' government's set goals; the journey so far; the challenges faced and the successes achieved so far.


The ‘Changing Gears’ sessions featured presentations aimed at accelerating current efforts of the government in line with its 'Solution is Here' mission and identifying areas to rave up in developmental programs and delivering good governance.
