Teacher beats 13-year-old JSS2 F.G.C Kwali student to death

 A 13 year-old Junior Secondary School Two   (JSS 2) student of the Federal Government College, Kwali, Kuje Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Yahaya Nuhu Aliyu, was Monday, August 9, beaten to death by his  teacher

  It was gathered that the teacher identified as Mrs Gibson  allegedly beat Yahaya  for failing to do his assignment.

 Yahaya was said to had complained of feeling unwell and had gone to the Clinic to receive medical attention,. On getting to the clinic, he was turned back because he did not eat. He reportedly, went back to the class where the teacher asked for his assignments which he had not completed.

 The teacher allegedly, beat him with cane and when the cane broke, she used bucket handle to continue the beating  ,which left the deceased unconscious. Yahaya  bent his head on a desk and never got up.

 After awhile, other students became scared and alerted the school authority. He was unconscious and was  rushed to the hospital,where he was confirmed dead
