Meta restores WhatsApp services after two-hour outage

Meta has restored services on Whatsapp after a two-hour outage which caused panic around the world.

LIB reported earlier that some of the issues users faced today, October 25, are sending messages and updating their WhatsApp statuses.

Others also disclosed that they can no longer see blue ticks whenever they send private messages, with the application displaying a continuous "Connecting..." message.

Checks on the social media platform showed the issues have been resolved.
