Atiku Creating Ethnic Division Through Reno Omokri

 

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar has been accused of creating ethnic division in Nigeria ahead of the presidential election through Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.

Akelicious had reported that Omokri has been trending on social media for the wrong reasons in the past days over his ceaseless attacks on Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.

A Twitter user with the handle, @edwardessien alleged that Omokri is being used by Atiku to create ethnic division against Obi.

He wrote, “Reno Omokri, a fugitive, is used by Atiku to create crises for Peter Obi/ Igbos and Kwankwaso/ Kano people.”

Another user, @firstladyship asked Atiku to call Omokri to order.

The user wrote, “Atiku Abubakar should call Reno Omokiri to order. Days of inciting tribal violence & constant targeted harassments are over!! Peter Obi has moved on since before your Primary. The PDP should move on as well. Run your campaigns if you can. Leave Obi out of your incendiary Agenda!!”
